Return & Exchange
The return period ends 14 days after the order date.
Items cannot be directly exchanged. In the event of an exchange (e.g. because of the wrong size) , please order again in our shop. Therefore, only send us items back if you are sure you want to return them in order to get your invoice amount back.
Faulty goods
If you have received faulty goods from us , for example (Wrong product, wrong print, print damaged, print missing) , we are very sorry and we would like to apologize for that!
please follow THIS LINK and enter your order number for the faulty goods (this can be found on the top right of your invoice). After a few more details, we will check the matter as quickly as possible and arrange for an appropriate replacement of the goods.

- Fill out the returns form and include it in the package.
You will find the form attached to the e-mail with the invoice.

Packages that are not postage paid or have insufficient postage will be returned by us not assumed.
Items that have already been worn or washed will not be accepted for exchange or return. The invoice amount is always refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed. The processing time of the return until the refund can take 14 days.
